Timing

Your operator has until the end of the month to send out checks, so it's possible this doesn't happen until the last day of the month and if the next two days are weekends or holidays, that will delay the delivery as well.

7-10 business days

If you have not yet received a check from your operator, do not worry. It is normal for checks to take up to 7-10 business days to arrive in the mail from the time they are sent out. Generally speaking you should wait until the 12th of the monty to inquire about a missing check. If it has been longer than that, we can assist you in tracking down your payment.

Consider Direct Deposit (ACH*)

If you want to receive your check the same day it becomes available and your operator offers ACH* or direct deposit, sign up to receive your payments more quickly.

*ACH stands for Automated Clearing House, a system that allows for electronic money transfers between banks and credit unions
