Choose your amount: you can request an advance of up to about three months of your royalty income. The amount you're offered is based on your recent royalty payments.
Get funded fast: funds are sent within one business day of approval.
Repay automatically: your future royalty payments go toward the advance until it's paid off. There are no invoices or due dates.
Get back to normal automatically: once the advance is paid off, your royalties go back to you with nothing for you to do.
What MA Capital isn't
It isn't a sale. You keep ownership of your minerals, and no deed is transferred.
Who qualifies
A minimum of six royalty payments.
Royalty owners who are paid through MineralAnswers, have eligible royalty history, and complete a quick identity check.
You can have one advance at a time.
What does it cost?
The cost is calculated at the time of the application, and you will clearly see it before you accept or decline the offer.
Owners whose royalties are paid into a business account (ie, LLC, Corp, Trust) that have enabled MA banking for distribution payments can receive a lower fee.
What if production drops?
If your royalty payments go down, it may take longer to repay the advance. You'll see your amount and terms before you accept.
