Secure Document Upload

There may be instances where your operator will need additional documents from you. They can request these documents and you will receive an email.

Simply login to MineralAnswers.com. Once logged in, open the chat window and find your ticket. There are 3 ways to get to your ticket, outlined in red below:

Select the case and click the "Continue Conversation"

Click Submit Corrections button to upload your document(s):
