If you are processing a transfer of ownership through our online system, you will be sent a link to our secure document uploader to upload the required documentation for the transfer depending on the transfer type. This link will expire in the following scenarios:
It has been 15 days or more since the link was sent to you
You open the link on more than one device (for example, if you receive the link on your phone, open it, and want to complete the process on your computer, the link will not work if you try to then open on your computer)
Should your link expire, we are happy to resend the link to you on the device you will be completing the document upload on. Simply reach out to us using the chat widget on the bottom right corner of the screen or email us at support@mineralanswers.com. Please reference the name of your operator and your owner number in the message.
