Add Additional Statements

The purpose of this article is to provide existing users with a step-by-step guide on how to add additional statements to their Inbox.

This guide is only for users that have an account with MineralAnswers.com already. If you're needing to add your first statement, you'll need to register to create your account first. If you're an existing user trying to add multiple statements to your account, this article is for you!

First, Sign in and navigate to your Inbox.

Next, click the "Add Statements" button in the upper right corner.

Choose the operator and enter the information to validate your details.

Choose your statement type. This could be a revenue or royalty statement, an AP statement, or a JIB invoice.

Next, add the owner number. You can often find your owner number at the top of your statement.

You may then be prompted for an invoice number or check number and the amount. Make sure the amount is accurate to the cent.

Then click Add Statement, and it will be added to your inbox, allowing you to manage everything from a single account.
