First, sign in to your account, then navigate to your Inbox.
In each row of your inbox, under the Downloads column, you will see the available file types for download. Hovering over each button will provide more information.
PDFs are free to download.
Hovering over the CDEX and Excel buttons will display the price of the download.
Once you have chosen a format and clicked download, look to the top right for the download progress indicator.
The file is usually saved in your Downloads folder.
