Howdy! WildFire Energy has partnered with MineralAnswers.com to distribute payments, host royalty statements, JIBs, 1099s and power owner relations. Please see answers to some of our frequently asked questions below.

How do I create my account?

Login and go to your Inbox. They will be under the tab called JIBs. If you do not see them, make sure that you have added them to your account.

How do I access my tax statements?

Login and go to your Inbox. They will be under the tab called Tax Docs.

What forms are available for download?

How do I submit a signed Division Order

You have two options:

  1. Email the signed copy to us at: OwnerRelations@WildFire-Energy.com

What should I do if I do not receive my royalty check?

Due to potential postal delays, a check may arrive a few days late. If your check is more than 2 weeks late, contact Wildfire Energy at:

Please understand that if you ask for a replacement check, the original check will be immediately voided. This means that it will not be honored by WildFire Energy or its banking institution.

Your account may also be in suspense for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Title/legal requirement

  • Address unknown or bad address

  • Uncashed/stale-dated revenue check

  • Account lacking a signed W-9 and/or Division Order

When are revenue payments disbursed?

Revenue Payments are disbursed on the 28th of the month unless it is a weekend or holiday; then it will be disbursed on the next business day.
