Then click the Forgot Password link.

You should see instructions prompting you to check that email account.

You should find an email in your inbox titled MineralAnswers.com Password Reset. Click the link, and it will take you back to MineralAnswers.com’s password reset page.

Enter your new password. Your new password should meet the following requirements:

Once you meet the requirements and hit Send, you will be taken to the Login screen.
