This article is designed to show how an owner goes about creating an account.

Access Your Portal

The URL to access your operator's portal can be found on your royalty check. You may have also received a one-pager with your check that has a QR code for quick access to your operator registration page.

If you are unsure of who your Operator is you can follow the link below, then click on the Location button in the upper left, select a state, then click apply. A list of operators in that state will be presented.

Fill Out the Form:

Follow these instructions to complete the "Create Your Owner/Vendor Portal Account" form.

Note: If you'd prefer to use a business name instead of your first and last name, make sure to fill in both fields. For example, enter the business name in the "First Name" field and the type of business (e.g., LLC, CCorp, etc.) in the "Last Name" field.

First Name: Enter your first name as it appears on official documents.


Last Name: Enter your last name.


Royalty (Revenue) Check: Choose your document type:


Royalty: For owners receiving royalty checks.


JIB (Joint Interest Billing): For invoice payments.


AP (Accounts Payable): For vendors.


Owner Number / Payee ID: Enter your number, found on your check or invoice.


Check Number: Input a check number you've previously received.


Check Amount: Enter the check or ACH payment amount corresponding to the check number.


Email Address: Provide a valid email address you have access to.


Create a Password: Must be at least 8 characters, including
1 uppercase letter
1 number
1 special character
(e.g., @, $, !, %, *, #)


Phone Number: Enter your phone number and indicate if it's a mobile number.


Agree to Terms: Check the box to agree to the terms and privacy policy.

​Submit Your Form

Double-check all fields for accuracy and click "Create My Owner Account" to submit.

Once submitted, you will be prompted to sign into your new account.
