Note: In order to change your address on-line, you must first verify your identity.
Since your operator is taking advantage of our online payment settings tools, you now have the ability to control all of your personal information, including your mailing address from right within your portal. To update your mailing address, follow these simple steps:
1. Log into your account, click on your name in the upper right corner and select Payment Settings.
2. Verify your identity.
(For detailed instructions on how to verify your identity, check out this article - How do I verify my identity?) Now that your identity is verified, you'll be able to update your mailing address.
3. Open payment settings
On the Payment Settings page, you'll click on "I need to..." underneath the "Actions" column and select "Change Address."
4. Fill out the information in the address form.
If you have an apartment or suite number, simply choose the address that populates and then add it into the address 2 field.
5. Click "Save."
Your changes will automatically be displayed.
Congratulations! Your address is now updated!
